It allows you to create the labels you need anytime, anywhere. This compact desktop label printer connects to your PC or Mac via USB cable. Sharing it on your Wi-Fi network is also possible, allowing multiple users to access the printer and conveniently placing it away from your computer. The advanced cutter can output a long strip of labels from which individual labels can be easily peeled off, keeping all labels in the correct order. The PT-P900W uses the P-touch Editor label design software for Windows and Mac. This program includes advanced features typically found only in expensive desktop applications, such as industry-standard 1D and 2D barcodes and the ability to import logos and other graphics. Furthermore, all fonts installed on your computer can be used. Linking to Microsoft Excel® spreadsheets or .csv files allows for the quick and efficient printing of large numbers of labels.
